My daughter Anna Wilson placed a Mother’s Day flower order for me and paid a substantial amount expecting a beautiful, special arrangement. Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like what she ordered and was extremely disappointing. She immediately followed the proper steps emailing the company right away with photos and details of the issue. As loyal customers of Stephanie’s for years, we genuinely expected this would be handled quickly and professionally. Instead, we received no response at all. Not even a simple acknowledgment or offer to make it right. The arrangement was so far from what was advertised that she wouldn’t even let me post a picture on Facebook as she was honestly embarrassed by it and didn’t even feel comfortable posting it on which says a lot. We’re very disappointed in both the quality and the complete lack of customer service. After years of loyalty, we expected much better.

We always call them directly (instead of using the website and 3rd party ordering) to order a "designer's choice" arrangement - and have always been satisfied with what arrives.

I’m just gonna say this right here… sorry if I step on some toes… but flower shops are a rip off! #StephanieFlowers Your $80 plant is embarrassing, you should be ashamed! Do Better!! Edited to say: called and they said that’s what $80 is… wow Julia Lett Booth is the owner… what a “Lett” down!!! Not much bigger than an 8X10 sheet of paper for $80!!! SMH. They may have $15 total in it!!!! Yall… Publix, Winndixie, Browns Nursery, Bittinger Nursery… I’m sure would make 80 bucks look like $80 dollars!
